Professional services
Supervision, direct clinical care, organizational consultation, ORP support, and speaking engagements — each tailored to schools, youth-serving systems, and the professionals who support them.
Supervision focuses on strengthening assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation, ethical decision-making, and evidence-based interventions while providing a collaborative space to discuss cases and professional challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and tailored to each supervisee's experience level, with a specialization in supporting practitioners working in school settings. This helps ASWs build confidence, deepen their effectiveness in school-based practice, and successfully meet California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) supervision requirements on the path to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

I provide individual therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, and the unique experiences that come with cultural identity and immigration. I have extensive experience supporting adolescents with school-related stress, academic pressure, peer and family conflicts, self-esteem concerns, anxiety, identity development, and emotional regulation challenges. Drawing on my work with foster youth, students, immigrant families, and diverse communities, I offer a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients can build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful growth and well-being. As a bilingual (English/Spanish), bicultural (Mexican American) therapist, I provide services grounded in cultural understanding and connection.
